We promise all emails other than at weekends will be answered within 24 hours, though during weekdays they will normally be answered within a few hours.

Please make sure post you send to us is adequately stamped. If postage has been underpaid the letter will not arrive. We strongly recommend you send your letter by registered or recorded delivery. It only cost a few pence more but you have the piece of mind knowing it will not be lost.
