Lowest Price Guarantee

We are confident you are getting the lowest possible price at the time of booking.

If you find your reservation elsewhere at a lower rate, contact us immediately. We will match the rate of the other deal if the following conditions are met:

  1. You must contact us through "manage my booking"
  2. You have contacted us within 24 hours of booking with all the details of the other deal including a link to the offer on the website and the exact price being quoted.
  3. The accommodation is bookable online and is still available when we check.
  4. The other deal is subject to the same booking conditions you've chosen with Hoteles. This means:
    • It is the same property
    • It is the same room type, apartment type, etc.
    • It is for the same check-in and check-out dates
    • It has identical room conditions attached (including the meal plan, cancellation policy, package offer, etc.)

Our Price Guarantee does not apply if:

  1. You book through a website that doesn't reveal which property or accommodation type you'll be staying at until after you've booked.
  2. You book using:
    • Special membership rates
    • Frequent stayer rates
    • Loyalty points
    • Any rewards programmes or special promotions made available through the accommodation provider
    • 'Pay at Hotel' rates.
  3. You contact us more than 24 after making your booking
  4. Fail to contact us through "manage my booking"

We reserve the right to refuse any claim where we are unable to verify the claim to our satisfaction, in accordance with the above points.
